  • Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days.

  • We do not dispatch orders on weekends or UK public holidays.

  • During peak periods or in the event of low stock, processing may take up to 10–14 business days.

  • If there are any significant delays, we will notify you by email.

2. Domestic Shipping (UK Only)

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on location and package size.

  • Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or another reputable UK courier service.

  • Estimated delivery times are typically 2–4 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

3. International Shipping

  • We regret that international shipping is not available at this time.

  • Orders must be delivered to a UK address.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

  • A dispatch confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped.

  • Where applicable, tracking details will be included in this email.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at info@vgcaterpillars.com with your order number and (if applicable) a photo of the damage.

  • We will investigate with the courier and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

  • For damaged items, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
