We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind or there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help. This policy complies with the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@vgcaterpillars.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

You then have an additional 14 days to return the item from the date you notify us.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging, including all labels and inserts.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
2. Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.

We do not refund original delivery charges unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
3. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for faulty or damaged items.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that customised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Our resin busts are intended for decorative use only and are not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
